God gives us strength, we need to trust in Him for it.

Isaiah 40:28-31 (NIV)

Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and His understanding no one can fathom.

He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; 31 but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.

I experienced things in my life that I didn’t expect, from friends and family members passing away to finding out that I had a kidney disease that would be with me for the rest of my life. All of us deal with many emotions when something tragic happens in our lives. The answer is to push through and grow from these experiences. Change the negatives into positives. When we put our hope and faith in God those difficult situations don’t seem so difficult.
